Pleasant, helpful front desk staff. Holly in the insurance authorization department went above and beyond to get my authorization approval straightened out. Minimal wait in the comfortable waiting area. The tech who did my testing was professional, friendly and explained every step. Results were back quickly. I highly recommend AMI in Toms River.

What a great experience! Staff was friendly and efficient. As instructed, I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment time. I had completed the forms on line. The technician completed the scan and I was literally back in my car before my actual appointment time! It was early in the day, my scan may have been shorter in length than some, but it was impressive!

Upon entering the building, I was welcomed by the woman behind the glass. She was very nice and professional. First impression was the cleanliness of the facility in Toms River. Donna, the MRI tech was very nice and so was her assistant who made sure I was comfortable and warm by giving me a blanket. I will only use AMI from here on in! Thank you very much for your service!

The place is super clean. Little hard to find a parking spot specifically handicapped parking. Staff very friendly, understanding and very pleasant. After a few minutes I was called to go back for my test. The technician was exceptionally helpful, very knowledgeable and gentle. I will definitely refer friends and family to this location.

Excellent front office staff. Check in only took a couple of minutes and my wait time was about 5 minutes. Actually, went in about 5 minutes before my appointment. The X-Ray technician (Michelle) was courteous, professional, explained what was being done, and we were finished with the X-Rays in about 15 minutes. I then waited about 5 minutes in the lobby for my disc that had the X-Rays on it for my doctor. Excellent visit. I have been here before, and the service was similar.

Very easy to make an appointment. Close to home. Staff starting from checking in to the procedure were friendly and very knowledgeable. If needing anymore procedures I will definitely go to AMI

Excellent!!! Receptionist took me as I walked in, no wait & she was very sweet! Barely finished my paperwork and myself and another gentleman were called by technician named Bob. I liked being asked my date of birth and once in the room for my CT asked my last name, ensuring it is who it's supposed to be receiving the test. Bob was very professional and process was quick and simple. Overall, an excellent experience. Additionally this appointment was scheduled promptly! A blessing these days!

I arrived 10min. Early the staff at the window were so nice I was please that I only wait 10min. For the girl to come and get me the girls who were doing my test r so nice they make u feel at home also the place is very clean keep up the good work girls thanks u so much I look forward to having my other test
